BALANCE pilot privacy information

This restricted pilot is for fictional enquiries and shared demonstration tasks only. Do not enter client, clinical, or other sensitive personal information.

Approved testers sign in through Microsoft. The application verifies their tenant and user identifier and records the tester's configured display name alongside changes.

All approved testers share access to this synthetic workspace. Notes and activity history are append-only. Access tokens are used for authentication and must not be included in logs.

Enquiry and task data is stored in the pilot database. WhatsApp, SMS, telephone calling, uploads and production CRM synchronization are not connected in this pilot.

Contact the BALANCE pilot administrator for access removal or questions about pilot data. Production retention and access rules require a separate approved rollout.
